These Terms & Conditions govern your use of exploresofar.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of digital products (the “Guides”) from it. By accessing the Site or purchasing a Guide, you agree to these terms.

2. The Guides

Our Guides are digital PDF documents containing curated travel recommendations, compiled from personal experience and research. They are provided for personal, informational use only.

3. Purchases

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Stripe; we do not store your card details.

4. License to Use

When you purchase a Guide, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own travel planning. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the Guide (in whole or part) without our written permission.

5. No Professional Advice

Our Guides reflect personal opinions and recommendations. We do not guarantee that any restaurant, shop, or venue listed will be open, unchanged, or available at the time of your visit. Always confirm details independently before relying on them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of a Guide, including travel disruptions, business closures, or inaccuracies in listed information.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Refund Policy

Because our Guides are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a Guide has been downloaded.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing digital content that begins downloading immediately, and
• You expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive your legal right to a 14-day cooling-off/withdrawal period that would otherwise apply to distance purchases of digital content.

Exceptions: If you experience a genuine technical issue — for example, a corrupted file or a failed download — contact us at kanikakhakhar@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase and we’ll resend or resolve the issue.

Digital Delivery Policy

How delivery works: Upon successful payment, you will receive an instant download link on the confirmation screen and, if applicable, via email. No physical product will be shipped.

⚠ EDITOR’S NOTE (remove before publishing): Confirm the actual delivery method once the checkout/WordPress integration is built — this may end up being a download link on the confirmation page, an emailed link, or both. Update the line above to match exactly what happens, since customers will use this page to know what to expect.

File format: Guides are delivered as PDF files, formatted for both digital viewing and home printing (US Letter & A4).

Access: Once downloaded, the Guide is yours to keep — no login, account, or ongoing subscription is required to reopen it.

Delivery issues: If you don’t receive your download link within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder, then contact us at kanikakhakhar@gmail.com with your order confirmation.

Device compatibility: Guides can be viewed on any device that supports PDF files (phone, tablet, computer, e-reader).
