Because our Guides are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a Guide has been downloaded.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing digital content that begins downloading immediately, and
- You expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive your legal right to a 14-day cooling-off/withdrawal period that would otherwise apply to distance purchases of digital content.
Exceptions: If you experience a genuine technical issue — for example, a corrupted file or a failed download — contact us at kanikakhakhar@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase and we’ll resend or resolve the issue.
