All sales are final
Our guides are digital products delivered instantly. The moment your payment goes through, the full contents of the guide are in your hands and cannot be returned. For that reason we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.
We would much rather you buy with confidence than regret it afterwards, so the product page sets out exactly what is inside: the number of places in each section, the page count, the file format, and a preview of the guide’s pages. Please read it before you buy, and email us first if anything is unclear.
When we do refund
There are narrow cases where a refund is clearly right, and we honour them without argument:
- You were charged more than once for the same guide. We refund the duplicate in full.
- The download does not work and we cannot fix it. Contact us first, because this is nearly always solvable in a minute, but if we cannot deliver the file you get your money back.
- The file is corrupt or materially not what was described on the product page.
- You were charged without authorising it. Tell us and we will refund and investigate.
Changing your mind, buying the wrong city, or no longer travelling are not grounds for a refund, because the product has already been delivered in full.
Statutory rights
Consumer law in some countries gives a cancellation or cooling-off right for online purchases. For digital content downloaded immediately, that right is commonly waived once the download begins, and by completing checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that waiver. This does not affect any statutory right you have that cannot be waived, including the right to a remedy if the product is faulty or not as described.
How to request a refund
Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number and the email address you used at checkout, and tell us what went wrong. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve it faster directly. Accounts subject to a chargeback may have access to their downloads suspended while the dispute is open.
